Low-volume Production,short run manufacturing in China

At this time the product life cycle has become shorter and shorter.
Take electronics for example.The average life cycle for a new electronic consumer product is only one year.
Therefore it often happens that a plastic part is needed with small batch ranging from dozens to several hundreds units.
Construction of steel mold is too expensive and not economical for such application.
Also, the quantity of equipment and devices are usually low volume.

What is more, some equipment housings are generally very big—this makes the problem even more financially headache.

Our Solution:

For different purposes we have different solutions:

A. Mold-less production of Large-sized, low volume Plastic/ housings/ enclosures:

We have developed a unique fabricating technique which ensures the final part as solid as molded parts. With this technique
we can make products for demonstrative and commercially practical use.

The typical application of this technique is in Medical Equipment and Scientific/Laboratory/Military Instrument where low volume
products are usually required.

Our products are used in Laser Printer, Portable Patient Monitor, Auto Hematology Analyzer, Portable Weapon Detector, Displays, etc.

The housings and enclosures made from plastic material are more user-friendly and leave more space for designers imagination than
sheet metal housings. It is also electrically safer by preventing the equipment from electricity leakage.

This technique is best used for medium and large sized parts.

B. Silicon rubber mold for higher density material:

The parts made with this method has physical performance equivalent to ABS, PC or clear Acrylic etc.

Suitable for 5-100 pcs small sized parts. Less cost and shorter lead time than cheap metal mold.

For larger quantity this method is not best option.

C. Pressing mold & Molding for low volume medium density parts:

It is used to make medium hardness elastomer parts like bumpers, o-rings, pad, bush, etc.

This method can be applied in small to medium quantity use.

D. Low cost steel prototype mold for small run moldings.

It is very much like standard Plastic Injection Mold and can mold almost all the popular engineering resins.

The difference is that the design is considerably simple and material used in low cost steel prototype mold only guarantee short lifetime
of the mold as 50,000 shots or so. And secondary work is often required.

For very small quantity this method is not a good option 。
